Calling golfers to help with University Project! Do you warm up?

Hi Everyone,

I'm Laurel, a final year Sports Technology student at Loughborough University.

For a project, I am trying to understand the warm up behaviours of golfers and create a solution to help encourage and assist golfers in warm ups.

Please could you fill out my survey. It should take around 5 minutes and no more than 10. The survey involves a little bit of demographic data (age, gender, handicap, and amount of golf played) and then has some questions regarding your warm up routine and past injuries. This survey is COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS. I can only see your answers to the questions which has no risk in identifying who you are.

I have just started golf last year and have become a really passionate golfer. I aspire to work in the golf industry in the future to be able to design clubs or equipment that can improve ones performance.

Replied, though the thing with a lot of these surveys is It varies doesn't seem to be an option.
I put that in the final question asking for other comments. Just said I was inconsistent, sometimes I warm up, other times I don't leave enough time to.

Thank you for doing it and for your feedback. An option for inconsistent or varies is definitely something I missed. When it varies, is that because of time constraints or are you targeting different areas? For example, do you just shorten your warm up (i.e less swings, holding stretch for less time) if you have a lack of time or do you only focus on some components on certain days depending on how your body is feeling?
Lastly, do you think a consistent routine is helpful or any warm up is sufficient?
