What is your preferred hangover cure?

I tend to go with one of the three (or sometimes all) following options.

1) Bacon and cheese sandwich with a cold can of coke.

2) Pint of water and 2 ibuprofen before getting into bed.

3) Pub.

Anyone got a miracle cure/procedure!?

McDonalds Strawberry milkshake.

Irn Bru.

More drink.

Or all 3 together!

Try and get as much water down your neck as poss. Before you go to bed, its the dehydration that gets you...

Oh and a big greasy fry up next day. Dont know if it helps.... But it tastes good.

Two x 400mg (or 600 if it's really bad) Ibuprofen and a litre of Gatorade.

Hangover cured in approx 10 minutes.

Fresh air, fried egg sarnies x2, Powerade or other sports hydration drink. If it's not too bad, a bit of a run to sweat out the last of poison.

Just wait until 4 in the afternoon and it seems to clear up. Nothing really works with a bad one!

Being young seems to help to, can't handle them anymore so don't get drunk.....often!

A really bad hangover and I'm deckchaired! I'm in the foetal position, in bed, making feeble moaning noises and wishing I was dead!

For any other hangover where I feel remotely human it's got to be:

Lucozade sport orange
Full fat coke
Untold water
Sausage sandwich/baguette
McDonalds breakfast (double sausage and egg McMuffin with two hash browns)
full fat latte from Starbucks/high street coffee purveyor.

For lunch it's either McDonalds or Burger King

For dinner it's a curry

As you can see, I treat my body like a temple.....

Drinking excessive amounts of water can be fatal - it causes cerebral oedema which turns a hangover into a funeral. Yes keep hydrated but "as much water... as poss" - don't be stupid.
