For me, being able to pack my flight bag and head off overseas a couple of times a year. Bliss.

I actually met a Japanese lady golfer who also loves drinking ? beer and runs her own golf holiday company the last time I was abroad. We got on very well and arranged to meet a few months later both personally and also with an eye on arranging bringing her wealthy clients over to some of the best UK golf venues. That was kyboshed, her business is in hibernation and obviously so are our personal plans.

First time I read that, I thought you had typed Japanese ladyboy golfer.

I thought this was going to be a post about how unfair it was that she was able to play from the red tees :ROFLMAO:

Hugs from and with my children.

I went through my childhood and much of my adulthood without a hug from or with either of my parents - it just wasn't the done thing. Only late in the day with my parents did we discover the power of the hug (though my dad remained a bit uncomfortable when I hugged him). If I am missing hugs from my children as I am, then I am guessing that my children will be missing the hugs from theirs parents likewise.

Be nice to finally see the specialist and with a fair wind even be able to hit balls or play a few holes later in the year. Non golf wise hopefully the house move will finally be sorted and we'll find another "project". Not setting the bar too high hopefully, or not as high as some on the thread :)
