Lads,Lads Lads, they give enough hints through the year, I use the old lugg holes and jot down anything she says is nice through the year then I just see the budget and go buy what I can afford from the things I have written down. Easy. As for the OP you have mentioned Radley bags, purses. Well get into Radley and ask the advise of the lasses on the counter, they'll help you out.

it's bad enough having to listen in December, don't take the rest of the year away from us as well ;)

Karen Millen handbag, La Senza nightwear, Body Shop goodies. Not going mad this year as we are on our own. No family (my side) and her parents are in the US visiting her sister and the grand children. Scaling it right back and trying to squirrel cash away for treats next year and not still paying it off in June

Tickets to see the lion king and a hotel in Manchester for the night. Plus lots of little lion king things to open before the tickets!

It's her birthday on the 20th so she's getting some small bits and cash!

Got her a Aniol Flame but gave it to her early. Got a 18kt gold necklace with diamonds and an amethyst for her to open on xmas day. Matches the engagement ring and it's for her to wear on our wedding day in May. She didn't pick it so I hope she likes it.

Don't worry bluewolf, give her a few years and....... she'll still be a galloping great goofball :D our 2 never changed, miss 'em every day.
Great looking dog, Amanda.

youre right Andy. I just wish she would realise just how heavy she is now. It's like being hit by a cannonball when she runs at me.

I hate December, it's HID birthday on the 21st, her mums on the 22nd and then Christmas.

Can't believe its so close and I've done bugger all shopping or thought about it so far!

as the title asks............what are u guys buying the Missus for Xmas.....??

IM USELESSSSSSS at all this sort of thing, and often get it 'wrong'

I know what she likes, eg - Radley Bags/Purses, that type of stuff, then u think.......which one....??

Was thinking buying her a Tablet - techy gadget - but I guarantee that will be looked upon as showing little thought and even less Romantic thoughts, as if Xmas is intended that way

So what are u all buying for HID this year.............??

May pinch an idea or 2........:)

A new PC as her NEW laptop was not doing wot she wanted.
[New PC going to daughter for Christmas so a Win/Win,

Whatever you buy ensure you keep the receipt.
Tickets to a concert/show.
Posh perfume
Listen and use your imagination.

My best ever buy was 20 years ago when my missus was at death's door with breast cancer.
I waltzed into the hospital with an expensive pair of walking boots for a birthday present.
She looked at me swore quite loudly [unlike her] then burst out crying.
Glad to say she has worn the boots out.

Sorry Craw, but that is an admission of defeat, unless of course she is into laying block paving, in which case it is an essential tool

Naw mate, married two weans and a crabbit wife. Sex is a thing I watch on the internet!

Thats a shame, I got some paving needs doing and wondered if she fancied the job:thup:

I was planning on buying her a Galaxy 10.1 but somehow a certain company put the price up £100 a couple of days before I shelled out for it. So back to the original (and probably better) idea of getting her a graphics tablet. She used to study art, draw, paint, etc. She stopped because materials cost way too much. So I figured give her some drawing software and a tablet and it might help get her back into one of her hobbies.
