What a shot!!!!

Yup, there's your shot of the tournament in terms of context. The control to draw that ball and stop it softly was sublime.

Or lucky. ;)

Gene Sarazen. 1935 Masters. Albatross on 15. 235yd 4 wood.
Still referred to as "the shot heard 'round the world" in the days before television coverage.
Was that lucky too?????

Ok, so every time you go for the green you are trying to hole it, but doing so is luck.

Shot of the tournament is bubbas any way.

Made me laugh when Mickelson was chipping off that bare lie on the par 3 he cocked up. The commentators were saying what a tricky shot it was, what an awful lie, and how easy it would be to cock it up. Which he did by the way.
Well I've got news for you Mr Commentators. We play off *** lies like that every single time we go out.
Welcome to our world!!
:whoo:
