What’s the funniest rules interpretations you have heard out on the course?

Going back to the topic, the club I play at have their competitions over 2 days, with only 1 CSS. Also have qualifying competitions when all bunkers are GUR.

Bunkers GUR shouldn't make it a non qualifier anyway.

Are you sure? Firstly, they aren't allowed a LR specifying bunkers generally are G.U.R. Secondly, I'm sure CONGU don't allow qualifiers when all bunkers are out, some, but not all.

Unfortunately what was looking to develop into a lovely course is being made into a resort course with no challenge to it just made for easy golfing and the owners are concentrating on the Park homes being installed rather than the course.
