Yes I know.....that's what I put... The time between the 2 occurrences, ie consecutive rounds attract the biggest ESR and 10 rounds between attract the lowest ESR

"Has to be 2 rounds at a minimum of 4 better than CSS within 10 rounds to trigger an ESR.
1st time will flag an ESR and second one will trigger it. Amount will be dependant on how much the average of the 2 rounds was better than CSS, and what the time interval was."

My apologies. I had thought that you had posted that it was the time between CSS-4 rounds i.e. the number of days/weeks/months etc.. I could place the blame on red wine consumption but that would only be a partial excuse.
