OK....

Still at 16st 2lbs for the 3rd week, still pleased with the weight off, but I just need to fire myself up again, although I have a family wedding at the weekend, where we are staying at the hotel so... plenty of drinking, eating and drinking, oh well there is always next week.

Theres less and less replies every week now,as more must have hit their fighting weight!

No change for me this week. Still a stone + to the good however.

14st 12lbs again, which is pretty good considering the damage I must have inflicted on myself over the weekend
