Not the best of weeks, so really pleased I lost 1lb!

Sensible. No point getting on the scales now as a good week will see things right again.

it might be when i get my bloody speeding ticket through, i didnt come home with much cash, wallet had only 1 note left in it and it wasnt the 1 i wanted it to be, good to play with your dad yesterday a proper gentleman enjoyed his company

I thought you were gonna try and get weighed on the carpet to cushion the blow ;-) glad you got back in one piece and I have to admire your stamina over the weekend which started on Thursday for you.

I've hit a massive plateau. I've not lost a single lbs for at least a month. I've been eating really well and nothing.

Milk and water is about all I drink. Cut out all fizzy pop and I don't drink booze. Probo 2 litres ish of water a day.

beyond playing golf 3 times a week. Not overly, job isnt as active as it once was. I know this is the one area I could do better with.

Well I know I have not been posting on this thread during my weight loss, but the doubters that just went on about me being on the Cambridge diet put me off a bit.

January = 17st2lb
3 weeks ago = 14st5lb

Total loss in 8 weeks = 39lb.
