Well I know I have not been posting on this thread during my weight loss, but the doubters that just went on about me being on the Cambridge diet put me off a bit.

January = 17st2lb
3 weeks ago = 14st5lb

Total loss in 8 weeks = 39lb.

I wondered where you'd gone! Awesome results - really well done as that takes a hell of a lot of will power for sure. Do they provide a plan for when you come off the full diet and introduce other foods?

Yeah there is a full program htat you go on when you finish with the hardcore one. You bring carbs back into your diet slowly to prevent you putting it back on again. I am pretty much just back to a normal diet now and the weight is staying at a nice amount. I did have abit of a bad week last week though and put a couple of pound back on but I will just shift that this week.

Great . It's really really important to keep this level of control for at least a year and keep the weight off for that length of time too. Then you're kind of "set" at your lower weight and also have learnt what you can and can't get away with.

Well done - outstanding results and hats off to you as it is by no means a quick fix as it's bloody hard work.

beyond playing golf 3 times a week. Not overly, job isnt as active as it once was. I know this is the one area I could do better with.

You would benefit most from adding just a bit of resistance exercise to your weekly routine. Perhaps a little "circuit" with exercises such as squats, lunges, press ups and abs work? Try and fit it in 3 x a week and shouldn't be more than about 20 minutes? PM me if you want some ideas.

Nothing really major exercise wise as I am under rehab for my busted shoulder still. Regarding my daily intake yesterday was this. Small bowl of shreddies, couple of NON chocolate hob nobs with a coffee mid morning, chiili chicken wrap at munchtime, griddled prok fillet with fresh salad leaves for dinner a glass of white wine and a Muller light. That is pretty much my typical daily intake of food.

Always a pleasure and never a chore Chris. Catch up with you when your back up during the summer. Might even brave having a beer with you then!

My advice is DON'T!!!!

I had a beer in the cottage with him on the Saturday after golf. The next minute his trousers were round his ankles and GAC cream was being inserted into the rectum area!!!!!!

My poor eyes!
