Well, a week of no loss but no gain either. Still the same as last week. I can cope with that. I know I'm trying and sticking to the diet.

The diet and exercise are definately making a difference though. Might need to buy a new belt this weekend, or make another hole in the one I'm using.

How have the rest of you done this week.
