I realise that different sets come with different lofts, but what sort of lofts roughly are the following wedges?

Pitching wedge
Sand
Gap
Lob

Thanks in advance.

Go with Bob's assessment. I have 46 degree in the set then 50, 54, 58. gives me a nice even spread for full shots from 80 yards and plenty of versatility round the greens and out of bunkers etc. However they are variable so be aware of what your set's PW is. If it is 48 then there's no point in getting a 50 gap etc.

MX-19's used to have a 50 deg gap wedge option, so 45 or 46 PW?

mine are
PW - 45
GW - 49
SW - 54
LW - 60 (it was free, won it in a raffle) - I'd like to try a 58

I've been told a higher bounce for sandwedge but lower bounce for the rest if you are playing links golf but can afford a higher bounce on parkland etc? I may be wrong though.
