44 for low shots, 50 for medium and 58 for high.
I believe the OP is (likely to be) more interested in the distance considerations as opposed to trajectory - though there is obviously a relationship between those (loft, distance, trajectory) attributes that may be important to some shots.
As a fan of Dave Pelz's wedge philosophy, I'd advocate his 3 wedge approach - using his clock technique to swing to calibrate and execute for the required distance. The lofts required to get a suitable spread should 'pop out' from practice - which is something that is required to use wedges properly anyway!

I was taught the clockface technique when I was about 12, while Pelz was still at NASA.
It is NOT his technique.
He may have written about it but he didn't invent it.
He also didn't come up with the 60 deg wedge as he claims.
