After watching my mob lose to Fulham on Monday, and seeing the manager go with all the fun surrounding that on Wed, I'm off to see the lunchtime kick off against the Arsenal.

I hope they don't get into double figures!

Palace need to hang in early and give themselves a chance. Nothing worse than chasing against a team who are excellent with th ball.

I get it anyway, but well done bt sport! Kick off in 4 minutes people!!!

Not really a case of well done, stats released on their viewing figures so far mean they've got a lot to do to justify the outlays theyve made, figures well down even on what ESPN were pulling in, expect youll see quite a lot of this sort of thing from them

Add in some horrible camera angles and car crash commentary (yes Owen i mean you) and theyve got a lot of work to do lol

A really good side are Arsenal. Ozil is pure class and I felt they could rip us apart, but, as the game went on and half time saw a 0-0 score line we thought endeavour might match class and we could pick up a point after a turbulent week. Straight after half time we concede the sloppiest penalty and struggled until Arteta got sent off, quite wrongly in my opinion.

Two great saves by the Arsenal keeper and another sloppy goal conceded and we're still struggling.

Good thing was that we fought harder, played some foot ball, could have got a goal or two and, yes Doon, Bannon did play well as far as I'm concerned

Arteta was the last man. It was a bit of a tangle of legs, but I can't complain. He shouldn't have got in the way. He had to go, the ref had it right. Harsh, but right.

Chris - give Julian Speroni a shout from me - top keeper and even more top person - loved him when he was at my club

When he first arrived he was truly awful but nowadays is very very good and popular with us, I think he has won the fans player of the year award for the last few years

The incident was miles from goal and I doubt that it was a real scoring opportunity for a forward who was really weak today!
