Upcoming live concerts.

Already got tickets to see Blue Oyster Cult (My fave band ever) at the London Palladium Sunday 25 May

They also play “secret” gigs under their pseudonym of Soft White Underbelly and they are doing one the day before in Islington

So seeing my fave band on consecutive nights
Can’t wait 🤘🤘😎

Not a concert, more just a gig really, and not "upcoming " either. But I, dragging the wife as well, went to watch Eddie Tenpole in Stoke last night. What a great night. He was on stage on his own and did about an hour of songs, putting his heart and sole into it. Then did a bit of an anecdote thing. Then, after a quick change he came down to chat and have a photo and sign anything put in front of him. What a great bloke.
So I met, shook his hand, TWICE, told him my anecdote of how I got in to Tenpole stuff, had photos with him, got him to sign my denim jacket on the back, (the wife got the photos to prove it was he who did the writing), and got a guitar string he broke during his set.
THE BEST NIGHT OUT EVER! I will never EVER forget it! I'm shaking as I type. AWESOME !!!!!!!

Trance classical at the Barrowlands Glasgow... Went last year and loved it.. Full orchestra, DJ, dance music and strobes...whats not to like. They better play Adagio for strings again.. 👍

The Musical Box (more than just a tribute band) coming to Guildford in April. This tour they are re-enacting the show of the Genesis 1972/73 tour. Might well go to Ryan Adams in Manchester in couple of weeks time, and hopefully also Bryan Adams in May.

Amazing band, I’m potentially going to see them in Manchester on the strength of your post 😬🤣

Hope the sound quality is better than when I saw them at the Hammersmith Apollo. Band themselves were faultless, but the sound balance meant the drums & bass guitar just drowned out the lead, keyboard & vocals. Am a big (early) Genesis fan, but I left before the end.

Saw the Dead South in a sold out Usher Hall in Edinburgh last night, great buzz about the place, brilliant night one of best bands I’ve seen loved it.

Never heard of them until couple of years ago when someone on here posted up a track called ‘In hell I’ll be in good company’ can’t remember who it was but a big 👍for that

Bad Manners tickets booked for this years xmas bash in Manchester. Although it's an early one this year. I'm considering booking Eddie Tenpole again in April. Just got his, signed, autobiography. Went to see Al Murray on Friday. Did the meet and greet as well. Great night!

Not an upcoming one. But I’ve spent an evening in reminiscing mode, enjoying a couple of hours unashamedly telling myself “I was there”.

Can’t believe this was nearly 34 years ago.

Great gig, I often watch the New Sensation clip - the crowd are amazing, what a memory for you!

I didn’t realise for over twenty years that it had all been recorded and was available on DVD. It’s well worth a watch. Michael Hutchence really knew how to work a crowd.

And the support line up was handy. Debbie Harry, Roachford, Hothouse Flowers and Jesus Jones.

Best gig I ever went to by an absolute country mile.
