TV Series - What Are You Watching?

Signora Volpe - light feelgood crime/murder/mystery/love intrigue stuff from 2022 set in glorious Umbria. Watching with my Mrs…for a change…Though it’s drawn out and a bit corny, it’s nice - and wouldn’t have had much interest in it had we not had a lovely holiday in Umbria earlier this year and the settings make it much more worthwhile for us.

It's worth watching just for the scenery. Roll with the corny parts, it's just pretty to watch (it isn't that bad to be fair, it isn't a CH5 afternoon show :ROFLMAO:)

I'm going in to watch Tulsa King....

Honestly, series 3 has not gripped me like the other 2. One of those shows that needs to change it up a bit or have a limited life. Every series does seem a bit samey, introduce a new big bad to bang heads with Stallone etc

I'm only a few episodes in but I can't visualise what you mean. Same thing happened last two series of Sons of Anarchy

Finished 9 Bodies tonight, as much as it was enjoyable I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
Need another show to watch now, not too fussed about Tulsa King s3 as we thought s2 was pretty naff.
We have one to go and just feel the need to finish it now. I can't say I've felt particular empathy for anyone so there was no jeopardy as people were bumped off. I wonder if it would have been better if 2-3 episodes shorter?

The Harlen Coban thing? Reviews look horrific 😬
I liked his Myron Bolitar books but all his others were a bit naff for me, I tried one of his Netflix shows a while ago and wasn’t keen sadly.
All of his tv series go the same way. Good story, decent build up, terrible endings. Every time. I've stopped watching them, they always make me grumpy by the end.

Are the books better? Do his books end in a better way?
