I found one of these today in the rough whilst searching for one of my titleist nxt extreme's, couldnt find mine so on the next hole i tee'd off and used the TM ball as i've never hit one before!

What a cracking ball i thought it was, shame TM dont make them anymore, or do they? They are not listed on their site in the current line up.

Anyway, really long off the tee and still a very very very soft feel around the greens, the one thing i did notice however, on appraoch shots its quite difficult to stop these little blighters with anything longer than a 9 iron, they just keep on rolling...

Anyone know where sells them still or what TM's ball is that replaced these for 2009?

I've been using these balls for the last couple of months and I love them. Have now removed every other brand of ball from my bag and use the TP Burners exclusively.

Have started to use them brought a box back from America they cost me $21 ,there great into the wind ,they really hold there line and they feel soft round the greens , distance wise there as good as any should have bought more at that price.

whats better ? these or wilson staff soft dx2 ? because i want to get both but if one is better than the other i will get that ball !

I haven't tried the DX2's, so can't really comment. Why not buy a sleeve of each and see which works best for you?

Cheers. :)

Be carefull, there are the burner LDP and the TP (tour pref'd). I think the tp are higher end, more like a proV, but the LDP are more of a lowspin jobbie.

Anyway, bought a doz of the ldp's at the wales national and loved them, similar to the old callaway warbird and the srixon AD333
