Cheers blue, reading that endorses why I want to pop along to gainsboro and have a 90 minute fitting with them. The next clubs I get I want to last a long time. The bit you write about the low trajectory is spot on. I have often wondered why I get a low flight with my irons ( in general).

I've done something similar as I recently moved from Mizuno MP59's to Callaway XR Pros. Much more forgiving especially on those shots you catch a little low on the face & I've gained approx. 15 yards of carry distance with my 7 iron. I've only played twice with them but I've already hit 4 shots from 140 to 185 yards within 3 feet which is something I haven't done for quite some time
