"The Modern Fundamentals of Golf" Hogan's book revisited by Luther Blacklock
I've got a well thumbed copy of Ben Hogans book, The Modern Fundamentals of Golf. No doubt may of you on the Forum will have a copy or will at least have read this seminal work of one of the greatest golfers and golf teachers we have seen.
Now that the nights are drawing in, I like to re-read my favourite golfing text books. I've been thumbing through Hogans book this week, probably not paying full attention as I've read it countless times. Then I remembered I'd picked up a copy of a DVD by Luther Blacklock about this very book and his take on what Hogan was saying. Well, the DVD has shed new light on the book as far as I'm concerned. Blacklock has described the various lessons from the book and then shown what they mean whilst out on the range or on the course. I'm going to have to re-read the book again, making sure I take in what Hogan is saying and then watch Blacklocks DVD to re-iterate the lessons.
If you can get a copy, well worth it. It's called The Lost Fundamentals of Hogan.
Now to find someone who has made a DVD to go along with Pelz Putting Bible
