The Masters 2025

I don't have sky or any other pay-to-view service so thought I'd drop in here again for an update.

I foolishly thought there'd be talk about the golf rather than the usual playground squabbling, but then again I'm not surprised. :(

The App is very good, use it to track players etc but in this day and age we should be able to watch coverage of the comp on the big screen from the first shot to the last
Why should we? I mean it is their tournament; always has been and it probably always will be.

But putting that aside - if you said to me that I could have Masters coverage with limited groups but limited adverts, or The Open coverage with lots of groups and lots of adverts, personally I would go with The Masters.

I personally would go The Open on BBC with wall to wall coverage and no adverts 😉

And they may not show that many adverts but there is still lots of gaps and fluff

Supposed to be the “uninterrupted” Rolex hour now and we have just watched 4 mins of Tiger Woods montage

Imagine being only able to watch the first week of Wimbledon or one half of the World Cup final etc

All this “it’s their tournament” shouldn’t matter now - it’s a Major and with that we should be able to watch all of it not half of it

Freddie Couples having 7 as his longest iron in the bag. Can’t imagine people being able to take the Mickey out of that bag set up for someone with that swing and still that game.

That was the best :(

But it is their tournament. They can do what they want really. So far, a lot of their decisions have worked out well in the long term.
