The highs and lows!

Last weekend was the last round of the winter league that started way back in October 2011, 5 points off the lead and feeling ok on the first tee and proceeded to start birdie, par, birdie, par and duly went on to win the round and took the winter league 1st place with a very pleasing 77 gross (winter tees).


Arrived on the tee this morning with handshakes from mates etc for the first pro's stableford comp and blobbed the first 5 holes, 12 points out and 15 back. Even as the clubs were coming out of the bag, I knew that the high risk shots were high risk and that I shouldn't have attempted them - why is it that one week is effortless and the next a struggle. You have to love this game - dont you?
