Do you mean this one 🤷‍♂️

From that article:

Ian Ayre, Liverpool's chief executive officer, said following the judgement: "During this review period, the club was going through a transitional period having just emerged from a difficult financial and operational position under previous ownership.

So they pushed responsibility on to previous owners mis-management.

So again, why should current owners be punished?

it was a difficult financial position the club was in , not a “breaking the ffp” rules position - so I can’t see the relevance, we didn’t break FFP under the previous owners or current ones

And Chelsea as a club broke the rules , Chelsea as a club get the punishment

You are stretching so ill bow out now

By that logic we should punish all husbands married for a 2nd time for the infidelity of their wives against previous partners. (Swap husband and wives if it happened the other way round)

Chelsea broke rules under Ambramovoch the new owners brought it to light and are paying the consequences of their honesty they haven’t simply said it wasn’t their fault. But punishments should be lenient considering it was not on their watch and they have abided by all rules and behaved correctly in bringing this forward. The punishment seems fitting as it’s a completely different stewardship compared to the one who committed the offences.

So it’s not just City caught with there pants down. Absolutely gutted coz I thought we were the only naughty boys.

Apparently you can just say 'yes, we did it' and that's okay 🤷
At The moment am sat at the swimming baths so I have not read everything. However there’s a few things that interest me. Admittedly this happened under previous owners. But since then. Chelsea Abstained from
Voting re the new FFP rules. And they were the only club. So why?
Also they have since been banned from
Selling things they already owned to themselves. Eg hotel And women’s football team. There’s aspects of what has gone off previously that are
Still happening today🤔
The interesting thing is that all the silverware they won at that time still
Stays the same, it’s in there name.
Am sure the dodgy City owners are
Watching with great interest.
