This is not a logical conclusion that merits a "therefore".

A careless and/or reckless push is a foul.
A referee can make a mistake and not recognise it as careless and/or reckless when it is so in reality.
It is a foul in this case, but no free kick is awarded, because the referee made a mistake.

Not true. A referee CAN make a mistake.
A player can commit a foul and a referee can judge it not to be a foul.

The only alternative to this view is that a referee can never make a mistake when judging whether something is or is not a foul. I do not agree with this as a reality.

If Arsenal get drawn to play their CL qualifier on 17th March then their home match on 15th against Everton will have to be rearranged, with Arsenal also still being in the Caraboa and FA Cup the fixture is likely to be moved in to mid Apr.

So this will mean due to international breaks and being crap, Everton will only have 1 game between 4th March and 10th April! 39 days!

So the fixture will be moved…brought forward 24hrs to the 14th the saturday
