This is not a logical conclusion that merits a "therefore".

A careless and/or reckless push is a foul.
A referee can make a mistake and not recognise it as careless and/or reckless when it is so in reality.
It is a foul in this case, but no free kick is awarded, because the referee made a mistake.

You posted yourself the following

According to Law 12:

...any of the following offences against an opponent in a manner considered by the referee to be careless, reckless or using excessive force:
  • pushes
Therefore, if he’s seen the push, CONSIDERED the push and deemed it not a foul, he’s not made a mistake!!

Not true. A referee CAN make a mistake.
A player can commit a foul and a referee can judge it not to be a foul.

The only alternative to this view is that a referee can never make a mistake when judging whether something is or is not a foul. I do not agree with this as a reality.

@Voyager EMH enough please. You are in a minority of 1, making the same point over and over. Let's move on.
I will comply with your request.
I have responded to comments made directly to me. This is usually how a debate progresses.
I did not feel I was doing anything wrong by responding with my view of a referee's fallibility.
I apologise for inconveniencing you and other moderators.

We have Wolves - Villa tonight. Let's hope it is entertaining.

Wolves are only 17 points from safety, albeit they have played an extra game to the teams above. Win tonight, and I think they'll be looking to catch Spurs :)
