I think he will be gone when the season ends.
Would suit both parties and wouldn’t surprise me if that was agreed when he signed the new contract in the summer.

Very hard to replace what he has brought to the club over the years but very easy to replace what he has produced this season.

I’m hoping Gakpo goes as well not half the player Diaz is and less than half the effort and work rate

Gakpo is a good player when the team playing well but at the moment there is a lack of pressing - and we miss Diaz

Mo will go in the summer I agree

Yes how can you send a player off for DOGSO if the goal is scored by another player who played the ball before the offence.
Have you not seen VAR? 🤣
I knew you could be sent off after an advantage but didn’t realise it’s only for violent conduct.
My fault for that one chaps.
I’m a worse pundit than Eni Aluko (I blame Ian Wright) 🤣

Watched it with the family, all Liverpool fans. I'm City, in colour only. I even had money on Liverpool much to my wife's annoyance. They never win when I have money on them. Lol. But why is no one talking about the city penalty that wasn't. No wonder fans are flocking to the lower, but better football, leagues. York City, now non league, get an average of 6400 at home. Incredible. I watched them on Saturday. They were great. Savage for Blackburn? I think not. Anyhoo, that's me done here. Lol.

Despite all the money in the game football still has the ability to surprise you.

In the summer Liverpool spent £400m to strengthen a squad that had already won the league
Man Utd had spent a lot less and were trying to improve on 15th

Fast forward 6 months and Utd are 5 clear of Liverpool. Crazy.

Gakpo is great if you’re winning 3-0 and will probably grab a couple more himself.
He cannot or will not press though and in tough matches just doesn’t do enough for my liking.
Although to be fair I think the whole team is lacking work rate and energy this season

Well we managed a win and yet feel so deflated.. Bloody VAR again.

The first half was as good as I have seen City this season. Haaland had a couple of half chances in the first half yet wasn't noticed until the last five mins 🤔
But how poor were Liverpool in the first half. What was those tactics about.
Missed the first 20 mins of the second half due to grandkids, but it didn’t surprise me Citys second half performance again. What did surprise me was City digging deep to come from behind.
That finish for me, how would I sum it up. The rules are the rules and yet everyone thinks the ending was rammel.
Don’t get me wrong, if he isn’t sent off, the teams he should be playing against are now saying “ why were the rules not applied so he shouldn’t play against us”.
All I can saw is thank god I don’t pay to watch the beautiful game spoiled by VAR and rammel rules.
Last word to the Liverpool fans, that was a poor Liverpool team. There is something not right with that team. Having seen how Utd have turned it around with Carrick running them now. I feel a better manager could get more out of that Liverpool team.
Both Becker and VVDs best days are behind them now.

Clearly Pawson who gave a goal dosnt know the rules or choose to ignore them and the game was re refereed by VAR.

Is that good for the game.

Gheiu should have been sent off imo for pulling Salah down.

When we was on Holiday in Cape Verde last year, I was talking to a big bearded guy who is well into his 60’s. He is a mad York fan. He reckoned York would do well this season. As a Rochdale lad I hope York come second.

Utd still spent about £250m. Not chicken feed and that on top of previous big spending. Utd's big problems were as much managerial as player related. That's become very, very evident.

Having seen that defence of Liverpools today, how they thought spending so much on Wirtz and the Newcastle player and not going for Guehi is criminal

😂😂 Tashy mate, VAR saved yous today, really can’t blame VAR for getting decisions correct.

Brighton lost ☹️
It's time for hurzeler to stop making so many team changes ,it's not working and never will.
I was on the fence when he was appointed as manager and I have now come to the conclusion that last season he played on the back of previous incumbent, but this season has found him out .but who the hell is there to take his place .
Brian Clough: 'People go to Brighton for various reasons. For a holiday, for a day-trip, to retire, for a Tory Party conference... You don't go there for the football. Brighton is not a big club and is never likely to be.'

You could have Mourinho in his pomp down at Brighton, and he wouldn't do any better. They're a small club that are punching above their weight, in a town that is full of Liverpool and Man Utd fans.

Unlucky today :D

Guehi choose not to come we can’t do anything about that!
He went for the money simple as that.

I thought he was going to come and Palace pulled the plug. Or your team didn't want to make a higher bid. Bit harsh to say he's only come to us for the money. The fans booing him was ridiculous.

Or maybe the trophies 🤷. City have won a few the last few years.

Players are allowed to choose someone over Liverpool, it isn't always about money. If it is, is it any different than a player choosing Liverpool over another club?
