Been a couple of really entertaining games today.
Brentford work so hard for each other, great to see.

Not sure I agree with any of the penalty decisions personally but can see why they were given.

Deserved win for Brentford....simply better organised and had a greater cutting edge going forward.

Trippier I'm afraid needs pentioning off...too often caught out of position (usually 10 yards too far up the park) and simply doesnt have the pace to recover anymore. Its obvious that he is a last choice pick as the likes of Lewis Miley (a midfielder) was picked to play right back for a few games recently (and did a damned good job of it as well).

Most of the rest just don't seem to be starting matches with any sort of intensity...cant see any long term futures for Willock, Murphy, Wissa, Ramsey, Osula or Pope and if we had to sell the one of Gordon, Guimares or Tonali to fund some real squad strengthening then so be it. Above all though, the players we simply must keep are Lewis Miley and Lewis Hall....I'd like to add Tino Livramento as well but that would depend on him keeping fit....yes he had a terrible injury at Southampton but he showed what a good player he can be, unfortunately other injuries have meant that he's not had a consistent run this season.

Yes we've had injuries, and have played a lot of games, but then so have many clubs....unfortunately we still haven't built up revenue streams as quickly as we should have and lack sponsorship in several areas...the lack of those revenues is clearly impacting the clubs ability to move in the marketplace....trouble is when we do move it is usually with the speed and grace of a container ship docking into the Port of Felixstowe.

Think this season is now a write off unless we do something daft like beat Villa in the Cup next Saturday. Spurs must also be licking their lips at the chance of playing us on Tuesday evening as well....as for Qarabag in the CL...two games we simply don't need at the moment....having played 9 games in January, we will also play 8 in February....the squad simply will not cope and I can see us drifting listlessly to a finish around 14th/15th place.

Wissa ?

Not really had much of a chance so far surely

Good view you had from the Stretford

Best view I’ve had for a while, and a great atmosphere there, as always. The only really average views I find are lower tier behind either goal.

Managed to bag a ticket for Palace last night up in the North Stand. But looks like that may be it for me this season, although I keep looking for any returns.

Perhaps I'm being a tad harsh and have forgotten that he didn't have any preseason with us and then got injured on intnl duty...a lot of the issues do stem from the lack of creativity in midfield...there doesnt seem to be anyone who can create good opportunties....a lot of balls played forward are 50/50 and the forwards have to battle to even gain control of the ball.

Nope,in her head it’s because she’s black & female.
What annoys me most is that people like her have huge impact on black females who do suffer prejudice and get ignored or are too scared to say anything.
I would love tv companies to issue a statement saying the reason she was not chosen is nothing to do with her gender or skin colour but because she is a useless pundit.

I think the step from player to manager is one that some make and make well and others are not so good. It’s the same as the step from player to pundit, others make it and others are rubbish. The colour of someone’s skin does not determine if you are good or bad. Micah Richards and Ian Wright for example do quite well. Not because of the colour of there skin, but because viewers can relate to there knowledge and humour.
If anyone can relate to Eni Aluko, oh dear. The problem is, she keeps getting a platform to voice her rubbish opinions. And in that clip no one challenged her.

There has also been poor pundits that have been let go because they have not been good.
Some grow into it some don’t improve/develop and get less airtime and shortly disappear.
Alex Scott is the perfect example of how a black woman can do well in punditry.
The difference between her and Eni Aluko is night and day in terms of ability to do the job well.

Someone just needs to tell her straight

The reason she isn’t doing punditry on telly isn’t because of her sex or race it’s because she is awful
