City & Liverpool both winless so far in 2026.
Imagine the odds you’d have got on that
In the league.

That's true. Then the board shouldn't be surprised when the manager upsticks and pops off.
Imagine that...Chelsea having more managers than we have wins this yearCity & Liverpool both winless so far in 2026.

Didn’t even know Keys was still thinking he was relevantAll the experts will know more than me
Judging by what I saw when I was in his company many years ago, he will always think he relevant until the day he draws his last breathDidn’t even know Keys was still thinking he was relevant
Pep won’t be going mid season , maybe at the end of the season
If a top 4 club come in for Glasner last summer he’d have done the same as the players, see yaThat's true. Then the board shouldn't be surprised when the manager upsticks and pops off.
Blimey that’s a interesting spin, but factually correctImagine that...Chelsea having more managers than we have wins this year![]()

Well, maybe after the Arsenal game at least, then we can see how Utd do against those types of teams.
Was shocked that City seemed to do very little to find Haaland. I knew you'd be weak at the back, but I was wondering if that was the most comfortable we've been in defence all season
Shame that goal was ruled out,it was a corker.United have, by the standards set in recent years, performed well against the top sides this season. The opener against Arsenal was a solid performance, and we have now beaten Liverpool, Chelsea, City and Newcastle. It’s those down the bottom we have struggled against, but we aren’t alone. I saw that this is the first time Liverpool have failed to beat any of the promoted sides at home.
As regards the performance today, where has that level of intensity been? As anyone who watched will say, that wasn’t a lucky win, it was very much deserved. Two goals, hit the woodwork twice, three goals ruled out and half a dozen or so great stops by Donnarumma. It really could have been a thumping.
Great atmosphere too. A good day.
It certainly helped having Mbeumo and Amad back, Bruno looked match fit and Dorgu has finally shown some good football.United have, by the standards set in recent years, performed well against the top sides this season. Watched most of the Manchester derby in London before heading off to our game. Superb stuff and probably the best Utd performance I've seen for a year or two.
Carrick picked the formation that allows the best players to shine. Amad is a world class right winger/forward that has been mismanaged for years. Mbeumo looked great up top and Bruno is better further forward. Night and day compared to the side that drew with Wolves and lost at Everton at home. Players make a huge difference but the biggest difference is always the manager IMO.
It was the intensity and pace with which United played on the break which impressed me the most.
The first goal summed up why I’m a United fan. That’s the sort of football I want to see, and it’s been missing, in the main, for far too long.
The fans must have noticed the ref booked him.?All fans do that. Furthermore, most of the people in the stadium probably were not aware Dalot caught him. I didn't notice when watching it live. Only realised when I saw the slow motion
Football as got boring now compared to 20years ago imo.It was the intensity and pace with which United played on the break which impressed me the most.

Maybe it’s nostalgia
But teams now seem to play to not lose, rather than go out to win in big games.
Pep gets blamed for killing the game with tippy tappy football, but I’m not having that.
He doesn’t dictate how others play.

Start looking for replacements. His first X1 is very thin and with Europe they're playing loadsBut how do you keep them?
If they’re not going to sign new contracts.
Definitely frustrating for smaller clubs, look at Brighton.
I always thought Guehi would go in this window if Palace were safe from going down.
