You only have to look at the likes of potterIt's funny when people think "no way (insert manager's name) goes to (insert big club), they are a circus of a club"
It's as if people think managers doing well at smaller clubs have the pick of as many big clubs as they wish, or at least can bide their time until a vacancy appears at the club they want to go for
They don't. Most managers doing well may only have a small window of opportunity to move up to a big club. Glasner may have a good rep now, but if Palace struggle for a string of games, while some other club hits a purple patch with an upcoming manager, Glasner can easily be forgotten.
So, if Chelsea wanted him and he was going to massively increase his wage, he'd be silly not to go. And if he had confidence in his ability, then managing them should not scare him.
