Spurs madness
Actually agree it’s a push ,just two thingsGoing down to ten men we were going to loose, but Romero was pushed in the back for the second goal and should have been a foul, the Frimgponge cut lip was a joke, that’s what puts me off football, put him on a rugby pitch and he’s teammates would think he was a pussey
Have always said professional footballers especially premier league have no brainsI don’t know what’s more laughable the defender jumping and nearly catching the ball or the fact 2 or 3 Everton players then got themselves booked arguing against the decision with the ref!
The problem though is how many of them have been given. If that had been called as a penalty that would show the state of football both players attempting to get the ball facing away from goal.
I completely agree that’s the biggest issue in the game as that is never a penalty yet so often is given. So many decisions getting worse throughout the game the level of officiating is terrible. The problem though is how many of them have been given.
Just no consistency.
I watch all of Arsenal games with my boy as he’s a massive fan. Yet every game I’ve watched I can’t work out if Gyokeres is bang average or if Arsenal simply can’t play to his strengths.Gyokeres really looks like a striker that Arsenal signed directly from Coventry.
Is he Premier League standard, let alone Top 4 PL team striker?
He is a glorified David Batty, without the tackling skillsI watch all of Arsenal games with my boy as he’s a massive fan. Yet every game I’ve watched I can’t work out if Gyokeres is bang average or if Arsenal simply can’t play to his strengths.
He makes a lot of decent runs and seemingly strong in the air. Yet Arsenal never play balls in behind the opposing CB for him to run onto, nor do they ping crosses in for him to attack. Every time they get near the box they stop, play backwards and across the box. It’s like they’re either scared to let him loose or simply don’t trust him and want to walk the ball in the net. I’m also thinking Odegaard is massively overrated as an attacking playmaker he plays it square so often.
