Maresca made some strange choices there

Bit of an ugly game , weather prob didn’t help

Hard to really see Chelsea challenging for anything and United still a world away from getting close to the top 4

Cunha in his short time showed what a quality player he is

Poor advert for the PL.

Two badly managed teams and a really horrible game. Maresca cost Chelsea at least a point with his panic subs early in the game. Utterly bizzare and not sure I've seen anything so incompetent in years. It looked to me like he was throwing away the game to prove some kind of point.

I assume the referees are doing the usual, and no longer giving corners if the keeper holds on to the ball too long?

Just checked how long City's keeper held onto it, after it appeared long. And crowd reacted to it. Was 13 seconds. Is the rule 8 seconds?

Same with all new rules in recent seasons they make a point of adhering to them in week 1 then just don’t bother the rest of the season and wonder why fans are fed up with match officials.

In other news! I can’t understand Arsenal this season this sort of game is made for Eza to play in the 10 and feed a striker like Gyokeres but they bench him for Merino who isn’t mobile or going to split a defence. They signed Gyokeres then give him zero service , Madueke has been excellent and is the only bright spark I’ve seen this season.

Arteta Seems to just set up not to lose rather than trying to be a championship winning team and going out to beat teams.

Arteta did the same against us , plays it safe when he should be going for it

Don’t think he has the ability to get his team over the line

If Arsenal were managed by either a Klopp or a Pep over the last 3/4 years they would have won at least a couple of titles and maybe a CL

Not a fan when a team buy a class player from another side, only to bench them in many games.

Sometimes it feels managers are trying to be too smart, and rotate much more than they necessarily need to.

Maybe Eze is a player that does need rest, no idea. But playing one of your biggest games of the season, at home, you'd think Arteta would show some bravery, be positive, and get his quality players on from the start.

If Eze needs a rest four games into the season there going to struggle 😂
