Not a fan of player half time interviews.

I mean, I couldn't care less what they have to say after the game. But at half time, I'd prefer they'd focus on getting into dressing room and preparing for 2nd half

Well, started off with a defeat but I'm very happy with the performance.
I genuinely believe we were the better team and the only difference was that Arsenal have a 'keeper and United don't.

Not ideal to lose the first game but we were the better side IMO. Hadn’t realised Saka was playing until the final few minutes. Cunha, Mbeumo, Mount, Dorgu had brilliant games. Arsenal CB’s won’t have many harder games this season. Difference was simply that we have very average keepers.

The new signings looked great for Utd. They definitely deserved something from that.

Fitting that their keeper cost them and Arsenal's won them the game with some great saves. Why that wasn't addressed last summer or this summer is criminal.

Yeah good performance from Utd who deserved something. What really matters is how they do against teams outside the top 6, easy to get up for it against top teams.

As a neutral that was a good game to watch. My take is Utd definitely looked so much better than they have in recent years, definitely need to find a keeper and a MF to replace Ugarte he’s terrible!

Arsenal rode their luck have paid all that money for Gyokeres then proceeded not to give him any service as their Widemen just disappear in field leaving no chance of a ball in behind or a cross.

But looks like overall could be a decent season for both teams if they build on today.

You’re probably right as soon as they speak to him they’d know he chats a load of garbage! Sometimes he says something funny but even like today he overhypes where Utd are nowadays. It took Sturridge to put him in his place when he said to him “yes Roy but where were they last season 17th! They’ve massively improved the squad but until they get the results they have to accept where they are”. Was nice to see Keane go quiet

That is a strange take on that conversation.

And if Man Utd are 10th or worse in a month or two, it won't just be Roy Keane that is critical of them.

Doesn't matter where Utd finished last season. They won't be treated like a Brentford or Bournemouth, and praised just for staying in the league
