Seen it too.

My first thought was that the driver had had some sort of medical episode eg heart attack or similar.

But reports are saying a man has been detained….which would suggest a medical episode was not the cause.

Hope there are no serious injuries.
Yeah same, but would be a miracle if no one was seriously injured there.

Just been on about it to my daughter. I think the parade route was 10 miles long. It would be nigh on impossible to safely block all roads to stop any plank doing that. Thoughts with all those affected
Just seen footage that showed the car trying to reverse up the road before it all kicked off 🤯

It’s a very wide road that runs right down to the Liver Building.
Quite a hill as well and would be blocked to traffic at the bottom at the Strand.

There must have been a lot of people there it was very busy.

In between all the fake news and bile it’s heart warming to see people in Liverpool opening up their home to anyone who has been caught up in it all and for any reason is stuck

Would expect nothing less of the City.

It's a sign of the times that virtually every possible derivative of "who and what" is being said.

It's neither the time or place for anything but prayers and thoughts.

With Sunderland, Burnley and Leeds United joining the top flight, and with Southampton, Ipswich Town and Leicester City dropping out, Newcastle's PL mileage in 2025/26 will drop by 1,300 miles from 9,462 to 8,162.

Unfortunately, with those three going up and Southampton, Ipswich and Leicester coming down, Middlesbrough’s mileage goes up.

OK, can someone who knows more about football finances, particularly Man Utd's, please explain this to me...

Club in disarray. Owners sacking canteen staff and stopping free lunch for employees because they can't afford it. After losing the Europa League final, no European competitions of any sort and wide reports of them being in serious and unprecendented financial trouble as a result of missing out on the £100m payday of Champions League.

Couple of days later, Fabrizio is reporting Cunha deal for £62.5m very close and advanced talks with Bryan Mbeumo, plus heavy links to Liam Delap.

Meanwhile Villa probably have to sell someone because they have a big wage bill.

How does this all add up?

Puzzling isn't it....When Sir Jim admitted directly in an interview that the club were over £300m in debt.

I can only assume thy are speculating to accumulate and hoping that the sales of some players this season will offset the £150m they are, apparently, looking to spend on about 2-3 players.
