How come free kicks and throw ins can be taken up to 10 yards away from where they should be, but officials get really hung up on where corners are taken from?

Well there is a little triangle where the corner must be taken from.

Let mark out free kick spots

And also get players to move back when they inch forward too much on a throw in

Because if you come to far out of the quad you could tecnically be offside if your on the goal line??

Just a guess

Plus it’s called a corner kick so must be in the corner.

Who knows.
