Going on Sky list, and ignoring players recalled from loan, I counted 11 players signed so far across PL
Fair play ,
Must admit I don’t follow football as keenly as I used too. .Im going to have a look on the list to see if I recognise any of these players

Just checked .
Only 3 players with a transfer fee of over £10m.
Gomez £11m Brighton
Kinsky £12.5m Tottenham
Agbadou £16;.6 Wolves .
Rest seem to be loans

Has any Premier league team signed anyone yet in this January transfer window? I’ve not heard of anyone. Is it a waste of time ?
Never a great time to buy and with the financial restrictions that are now in place most teams will need to wait until the summer, new accounting period......

Can all just agree that the joyous slippery slope of the Utd circus started when Moyes went to Utd. Everything after that appointment has culminated in 11 years of belly laughs at Utd.
City don’t have Moyes they have 115. The same thing but different 😉

Unless your City and have a load of brown envelopes 😁
That said City have signed one and are looking at 2-3 others. May seem a strange move in January but I have a feeling it is to do with a quiet summer and the world club championship at The end of the season.

Did you buy much in the summer? Maybe you had spare in the kitty?

Wow , a lot of money city to be spending, either very confident of being found not guilty or clauses in contract ( which I doubt seen as though verdict will be out soon ) .
It been interesting reading about City’s situation re 115 charges. If you can get away from the fans “ hope they drop 10 leagues”. There’s some interesting views. One “ expert” says if City are found guilty they cannot automatically be relegated because there is no legal agreement between the prem League championship for that to happen. But they could technically fine City 70 for the season which would see City Relegated. Watch this space. I do know a couple of players City are looking at are doing well in champs league or are in this year world club championship so clubs are reluctant to let them go. Unless top dollar is paid.

Mate just finally replied saying

"WE ARE BACK 💙"

Funny how fans perceive things so differently. So many West Ham fans couldn't wait to see the back of him

Looking back objectively Moyes should have left after we won the cup. That was unbeatable. The football in the league that season was awful. The conference papered over it. Moyes kept getting offered various players but turned them down to keep a close knit (but paper thin) squad. Unfortunately now we have a very old squad that we have yes invested but we again need more and more to replace the left backs for example, or the Antonio situation. Moyes bought scamacca. Never played to his strengths, didn't suit so just put Antonio there. Built an over reliance on a bang average player who battered through teams (until he started to try and be clever and then refs would say not a chance lad that's not a foul) now we have almost no strikers on the books except ings who most said legs went years ago ... But panic bought him

Anyways that's a proper ramble.

When he stayed after Europa the league form continued to dive (this continued with j-lo midfield wise) and disgruntlement built. January players like behramha and fornels left for first time as just not given proper chances and ironically we could use fornels now. Wouldn't need to have loaned in soler .. meaning could use the money elsewhere

I wanted potter for a while, good fit.

Forever grateful for Moyes and what he installed into the team

However it was time for both to move on.

This "careful what you wish for" media narrative is incredible misunderstanding of what went on.

No saying fans are perfect, I've always said our fans can be proper "infractions" the whole football culture is ..

Maybe if the correct replacement in the summer had been brought in rather than Sullivan doing the normal "he's ex real Madrid and Spain and free" routine would have been a different story. Would have liked him to turn it round but he didn't seem to be able to get any ideas into the players
