Glad to see the Germany go, I don’t think they play in a sporting manner. Also it now means their is no vested interests in the tournament.. and when the English go out the stress and disappointment will end

Incidentally, considering how difficult both teams made it for him, I thought Anthony Taylor did pretty well.
Reffing a game like that must be absolutely exhausting, can't switch off for a second.

Who is the last unlikeable team left in it?
Obviously Spain, Portugal and France can't be tolerated.
Turkey have just had a player suspended for making fascist salutes.
The Dutch have VVD as a personification of their national arrogance.
The Swiss are sitting on all that dubiously sourced gold. And are essentially more German than the Germans.
So we're left with England, every fair minded neutrals' team of choice ...
