Steer clear, even at that price 😉
Personally I am passing bricks at the thought of City v Spurs tomorrow. They are our bogey team. We have put ourselves in a position to make history and I am not in a happy place. Bogey team, typical City. All the demons are going through me head.

Edit to say, just read this.

Although they have never scored a league goal at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Flippin eck am going into a Coma For 24 hrs.

Salah was the worst player on the pitch again.
Yet he stays on.

Would you sell him? He’s getting to an age when a decision needs to be made, maybe even past an age when he could be sold for a decent price - 32 next month. He could be a Lewandowski and score plenty of goals for a few more seasons.

I don’t think him and Nunez are a great pair together but, equally, although Liverpool have fallen away a bit it’s shipping goals that’s the problem, not scoring them.

If there was any inch of truth in the £200 million from Saudi I'd of taken it. For his age

Shame to see him not at his best . Well not that much a shame 😉

Given the odds... have 20 quid on a home win and 20 on a draw.

In the event of a bad outcome, your night out to commiserate is subsidised!🤣🤣🤣🤣

Think City will draw tonight, win on Sunday but lose the league on goal difference.

Even if they draw they will win 10-0 Sunday, our defence has more holes than swiss cheese

We are down to the chronic knee Injury if the cat kicker and then ogbonna who is 36 this month .. they won't be able to keep up with the pace of city

Also the spuds have a good record against city but when they had managers who knew when to set up different to get results rather than a kid on FIFA who's set "ultimate attacking" setting constantly

If Salah doesn’t want to sign a new contract then I can see the club selling him to Saudi

But I don’t think he will want to go there just yet and think he will sign a 2 year extension

Since Utd the players form has dropped off the cliff but we have shipped too many goals - think we are still missing one for the middle of the park and whilst Quansah has been excellent he has needed to play too many games

There is a lot of doom and gloom but it’s a huge improvement from last season and fine margins have had us being out of the race now

A lot of good to work on for the new manager though

I’d keep him, the new manager might give him a renewed purpose, still capable of frightening the life out of most defences.

Been a few changes at Lpool over the last few years and the pressure has been all on him, imo, to keep them scoring.

If, and it’s a big if, Nunez improves, then him, Nunez and Diaz is a great front 3.

He’d improve any current PL team, incl City.

I could put this in irritations but it's football related so I'll keep it here.

It's really annoying me this rhetoric of Spurs fans wanting us to lose to City so that Arsenal don't win the league. If that's the view of most Spurs fans then I find it embarrassing and makes me ashamed to call myself one. (Heck, I don't even watch the games anymore so I'm hanging by a thread on that anyway.) "Ooh we can't anything so we don't want our local rivals to win anything either." It's pathetic, petty jealousy. You support your team, and if Arsenal win the league then they deserve to for being the best team - it shows us what levels we should be aspiring towards. I remember when Arsenal went from winning titles to struggling for 4th place under Wenger, and their fans always piped up with 'St Totteringham Day' and being proud that they finished above us, supposedly an inferior team at the time, and I felt sorry and embarrassed for them. It's a shame that our fans are apparently just as bad.

And above all else, at least Liverpool aren't winning it, so we should all be happy.

Yes I would.
I admit I have never been a great fan.
In a team that plays a high press he gets a free pass from Klopp not to tackle any one.
You can’t play a press with a passenger ,teams have worked that out imo.

He scores goals and assists are good but any decent player would do that in this team imo.( imagine Bowen there)😂😂
Going back it was always Mane who was substituted even when Salah was poor and this led partly to him leaving imo.

Contrast his work rate with Diaz last night.!

I know you have never rated Salah but his record is there - highest goal scorer in Europe for the club and now in the top 5 overall , and he is up there in terms of assists as well

He is one the best players to have played for the club and we wouldn’t have won any of the trophies without him

He isn’t a passenger nor has he been over the years.

Yes agree
But it’s really basic stuff that’s killing us.
At 3-1 up we seem incapable of shutting games down.

You’re not being serious are you?
Top goalscorer and by goals per minute played, there’s only Jota whose goals per minute come close and he’s been injured.

Without Salah’s goals you’d of struggled to get top 5-6.

Goals over workrate any minute of tge day for me.

He can’t and wouldn’t tackle a wet paper bag.

You’re entitled to your opinion.
But I have given mine!
