Am I missing something here?
What’s the problem with people discussing Jordan Henderson on the football thread? 🤔

If you don’t want to discuss it then
don’t 🤷‍♂️

Maybe because he used to play for Liverpool? I wonder if those that tell us we should stop talking about Henderson, will be amongst the first people to criticize the selection of Maguire for England?

I see Warnock has completed all the English clubs and is now starting on the Scottish ones. Just announced as Aberdeen Manager, his 20th Managerial job at his 16th club and is now 75 years old
On a tangent there is a video (think it has been mentioned elsewhere on the forum) with Jimmy Bullard against Warnock's son who is a pro. Warnock is very good when he and Bullard are just chatting

It does to be fair!

I do love an older ground too, I don't like the modern bowl type stadiums as much as the classic 4 stands. They're seriously impressive though. That stand in the Spurs ground is class too.

Been a number of years since Ive been to more than the odd game but Id be surprised if theres a more soulless ground than the "new" ground at Derby

Always a chance that a few tie together!
I've done all the Scottish top 100, my blind side is Ireland so not much chance there, so Cornwall, Norfolk, Suffolk and then Surrey are where most are situated.

I just need Ipswich, Norwich and Torquay to get promoted, and Chelsea to stay in the Prem. :D:D

Gillingham and Rye - sounds good, but even then its at least an hour away.

Brentford looking decent tonight so far.
Pep will be raging conceding a goal like that straight through the middle from a goal kick.
Old school 😄. Hoof from the keeper, Toney sticks his backside out, blocks the CH, Maupay through on his own. As simple as it gets, keeper gets the assist.

Brentford defending well and look dangerous on the break.

The England team should be built around Foden, Saka, Bellingham and Rice but you just know that with Southgate in charge he'll try to shoehorn Henderson and Phillips into the team instead.

After seeing Phillips in my team now and how rusty he is just please don't play him

He's clearly a good player but ATM just no.

Foden is top class but doesn't really have a consistent position. His favourite is as a central attacking midfielder but he's not on KDB's level and for England he's not on Bellingham's level. He's so good technically he can be shifted around.

Would play him instead of Grealish on the left but that's probably his worst position.

Id play Bellingham and rice together in the deeper roles then as a number 10 behind the attacker id have foden

Saka out right not sure on left wing

Would like to see Bowen in somehow but saka has his position
