Martin Keown would say that. The worst pundit on television by an absolute country mile.
He’s not the only one saying it though. Ave a feeling that once the clip of the penalty is out, there will be a few pages about it on the forum tonight

Haven’t seen it, Tash, but the other pundits are saying that, whilst soft, it was still a penalty. The consensus on Sky is that there was definite contact and, as a consequence, when Rashford hit the deck, there were no grounds for VAR to overturn it.

I’ll probably change my view when I see it, but I think we all know what Keown would be saying if it had been Arsenal benefiting from the decision.
