Bournemouth v Brighton has been postponed due to safety issues with the structural condition of the terraces, apparently it has happened before when severe weather issues were the culprit ,it is believed to be the same again .

Newcastle doing the right thing and cancelling season tickets of folk who resell their tickets via unauthorised means.

Feel a bit sorry for the 45 Dundee schoolkids who thought they were getting a trip to see Barcelona, but the proper home supporters must come first and there is an authorised channel via which people can sell their tickets at face value.

A new stadium can't come quickly enough.

Brighton fans are lucky they received this much notice.

In 2022, Bournemouth called off a Forest game just a couple of hours before kick off because a sign had blown off the side of the stadium. It was NOT because Bournemouth had lots of injuries and suspensions at the time.

The 1300 or so Forest fans who had already made the very long journey down, or were on their way, were very understanding about it, of course.

EDIT. Where have you got the report that this weekends game is off @Norrin Radd? Can’t see it anywhere.

So ST holders sold their CL tickets on a site and they were bought by someone to take a load of school kids ?

I'm sure it came up on a local news site ,I will have a look.
It looks like it was a scam post as I can't find it now and speaking to a staunch Albion fan he said it's rubbish.

Watched Ange's first press conference as Forest boss, with an open mind.

When you actually sit and listen to the stuff he says, it's tough not to like the guy and be inspired! Have listened and read lots from Spurs and Celtic fans and heard a lot of love for him. Plus Forest now seem to have a lot of Australian fans all of a sudden. 🤣

Willing to get 100% behind him and judge him on what he does for us, rather than setting all my store by his last season at Spurs. Strapping myself in for the ride!

He gets a free pass tomorrow. Last time we beat Arsenal at their place, Jason Donovan was number one in the charts!

I'm all in on him.

the more I read, the more I'm excited, given the crop of players we've bought in over the summer. As long as he doesn't make Milenkovic defend from the halfway line, I think we'll be OK.

Hold onto those positive thoughts guys. I'm sure they will get you through the tough times when 9 of your first team have hamstrings injuries simultaneously.

Do I really need to remind you of this?

Ange will always be liked wherever he manages for the simple reason he wants to play attacking entertaining football.
I like him although he frustrates at times with his ridged tactics.

That was his downfall for us but at least he decided to defend a bit in Europe and win us a trophy.

Good luck to him and hope he does well at Forest, it will be different for you fans😉

I don't. Nothing against Forest but if he does well with them, all we'll hear is how stupid Spurs were to sack the guy who brought them a trophy - ignoring how completely abhorrent the league performance was. I hope (and believe) the same thing will happen again - he'll get quickly found out, player injuries will stack up with his completely unsustainable tactics, and he'll be proven out of his depth in a top league once again. I wouldn't have minded him getting one more year with us (but I'm much happier with Frank), but he would have had to learn some lessons and drastically alter his style - Forest fans need to hope he has learned those lessons.

I like him and his attitude - thought he was refreshing

At some stage I believe we were looking at him to replace Klopp

You might be right but I would like to think he’s learned from his time with us Depends how stubborn he is I guess.

It was terrible watching our league games last season, but I wouldn’t have minded if he was given another season.

Jamie Carragher doesn't like us. Woop woop, we must be doing something right! 🤣

Not sure about “most disliked” - impossible when Man Utd continue to exist 😁

Maybe it’s a case of new noisy neighbours and at times a whole “chip on shoulder”

Marinakis imo is the owner version of Mourinho

He is passionate and that spills over , he has a bit of undercurrent of “Greek mafia” type

But he has woken up the club and the fans

It might not be that different to how we started the season under Nuno.

Posession, pressing, field position stats all right up there towards the top end of the table - polar opposite to last season.

We looked class in our first game especially. More of that please!

And Liverpool of course Arthur. ;)

I get the dislike of Marinakis by other fans. He's the classic pantomime villain!

I would be willing to bet that a large percentage of people who profess their dislike of him would absolutely love him at their club. And by the same token, I would be willing to admit that I would probably hate him if he wasn't Forest's owner!

But my goodness the man is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in, nor to put his money where his mouth is.
