Unfortunately they keep allowing these loopholes to appear and no one in the prem will stand up to it

It’s something Madrid have done for decades when continuously selling their training ground etc

I will fully admit I don't understand all the ins and outs of PSR.

But if Chelsea can get away with blatantly taking the piss like this, why don't other clubs employ similar tactics? I was only partly joking when I suggested Forest selling their netball team to themselves. Would find it hilarious if the Big Greek did this.

It's such a blatant fiddle that it's embarrassing. Nothing is done though 🤷. Do you think any team other than our two will ever get docked points again? I can't see it. If the PL chiefs can't see how Chelsea are driving huge holes through their rules then they are bigger clowns than we already think they are

A lot of teams have sold training grounds, stadiums, hotels, etc to 'themselves' so nothing new. Similar thing to what I highlighted previously where teams would 'sell' each other academy players for inflated fees to boost perceived income. If there is a loophole, clubs will find it and use it.

Villa have certainly done some of the above too.

Not sure it’s “a lot” in the UK

Prob count on one hand , maybe a couple of fingers

That’s different - you said opening up the purse strings , they have , and spent lots
Correct you can’t really criticize Levy for not spending on players, that’s not the problem.

I’ve not got too much of a problem with Levy he’s overseen building one of the best stadiums in Europe and got the club in a good position financially.

That forum can be toxic at times I don’t look any more it’s always the keyboard warriors that are more vocal.
Bit like GM forum😉

Levy has his faults but I tend to think he gets too much criticism sometimes.

It’s modern day football

Currently our owners are getting smashed by some because we didn’t spend in the summer and that’s why we it seems lost the cup final and out of the CL

Some want our owners to sell the club - and of course will all know who they want
