That'll be another 5m please.

Took me a few moments to understand this! 🤣

But yeah, we’re all secretly hoping we have to hand over a few more quid, considering what it means!

I remember a lot of Wolves fans saying you’d had our pants down at the time. I never thought that was the case. He’s the real deal.

Genuinely the best I've seen in a Forest shirt since Collymore. And that woman abusing whopper can get in the bin. Gibbs-White is the king now.

Nah that's not really true. Most Wolves fans wanted him to stay, I know I have a house full of them. For some reason tehy just weren't giving him enough play time.

And Nuno is a great bloke, the Wolves fans loved him. it all went a bit wrong when he tried to move from to 4 at the back withotu players that could play that well and then the transfer backing for that wsn't followed through but he really was popular and the games we went to he always got an amazing reception

Glad he was popular in your house. He's certainly very popular in mine! :)

I would point out though, that he, his girlfriend and his dad were given dog's abuse on Twitter by Wolves "fans" both during and after he was a Wolves player - to the point that they had to come off it, at least temporarily. I still see his girlfriend getting pelters now on there, around the times we play you guys.

Each time we do play, he gets abuse from the Wolves sidelines and not of the "good natured/pantomime villain" kind. Very first time we played you in our promotion season in the Carabao it was awful. It was after his penalty in the shootout that he ran over to the Wolves fans and his "Fingers in the Ears" celebration was born.

Very happy to agree that all this, especially the Twitter stuff, doesn't represent the majority of Wolves fans. But it does come from a vocal and not insignificant number.

And do agree about Nuno - I see nothing but positive stuff posted about him by Wolves fans.

And finally - I'm expecting a very tough game next week. You're one of the (thankfully dwindling) number of teams we haven't beaten since our return to the Prem! We always seem to make it tough for each other!

Don't know if you're on Twitter, but Collymore now has a policy that if anyone who identifies as a Forest fan interacts with him (even innocently), he immediately blocks them! :ROFLMAO:

He blocked me earlier this year, despite not ever having interacted with any posts he was associated with. I presume he must have searched the hashtag and just blocked everyone.

They will prob get there in the end - 2 year extension with an option etc
What’s two years for the service and performances he’s given to you.

Always known he’s good but this season it’s like hes gone up another level….like he’s got a new contract to play for 😂

No issues with me giving him 3 years but Edwards is known to be cautious with contracts for player over 30 - been bitten with a few extensions in the past but VVD and Mo are different

Collymore as a player was underrated, a real all round striker who should've achieved way more than he did. If a young striker like him emerged now he'd be worth £100m plus. Perfectly suited to 433 anywhere across the front three.

Off it he comes across as a complete numpty. Happy to have ago at various people/things yet desperately tries to bury his woman bashing past.

Quality player - a really natural footballer. A crying shame that off field issues and apparent mental health struggles had such an impact.
