If you feel he is part of the problem at the club, and the new manager is recognising and dealing with that....... Then yes. It's a sign that the new guy is seeing what is needed and has started the process.
Think there are lots of players part of the problem or managers struggling to get best out of them

Rashford was a player getting 30 goals in a season not long ago so is clearly a very good player

It was the same with Sancho - got to find a way to get the best out of these players until you get sell them
