They need to sort this rule out. You can do it in the box , but not outside, ? if both players are doing it, it’s ok. ? I’ve no idea of the rule !

Really enjoyed that match. Villa fought hard but Liverpool showed their quality in the final third.

Salah as usual was clinical but I thought Kelleher and Konate stood out at key moments.

Good win , wasn’t easy at times and Villa certainly had plenty of chances , Bradley excellent when he came on , Kelleher with some great saves but Konate is a beast

Not sure I like the second half tactics .
Sitting back and bringing them on to us is not great to watch.
But we won so happy days.

Annoys me Salah was anonymous first half but was involved with both goals.

Konate was brilliant all game.
Think she missed most of the game when her chair broke !

I think every City player believes we can't manage without Rodri!

Brighton deserved the win. We offered nowt after Haaland scored. Cut through us like a hot knife through butter and should have scored sooner.

Frustrating but I can't get too upset - I've said before that this bunch of players have given me what only the craziest dreams are made of. If this is to be an off season, well so be it, I'm not a greedy gal!

Was certainly a game of two halves. City dominated most of the first half and deserved their goal.
Second half, different story. Bringing on Baleba and Pedro changed everything. I felt sorry for Hinshelwood going off injured. But paved the way for Matt O'Riley to come on. On his debut for Brighton at the start of the season he suffered a nasty injury after only six minutes of the game.
It was great to see him score the winning goal! What a player he's going to be for us! And then Brighton held on for the win after nine minutes extra time!
Great win.

Agreed a red if Liverpool hadn’t scored but I’m guessing as they did, Bailey cannot be penalised for denying a goal scoring opportunity.

But hang on....a goalscoring opportunity is just that....an opportunity. There is no guarantee that the opportunity will or would have been taken. If Nunez hadn't scored he would still have had the opportunity to score....so there technically was no denying of an opportunity.

Still think there should have been a yellow mind.
