Brighton deserved the win. We offered nowt after Haaland scored. Cut through us like a hot knife through butter and should have scored sooner.
Frustrating but I can't get too upset - I've said before that this bunch of players have given me what only the craziest dreams are made of. If this is to be an off season, well so be it, I'm not a greedy gal!

If Nunez hadn't scored, I think it was a probable red card. But, he ultimately didn't stop a goal scoring opportunity (as Liverpool scored), so got lucky in that sense
Don’t know what the laws of the game say in relation to that. I think the goal has saved Coote from having to make a decision there.

In fact just watching the replay and Coote says it wasn’t a foul
I will revert to my initial feelings of Coote - worst ref in the league by a mile

Agreed a red if Liverpool hadn’t scored but I’m guessing as they did, Bailey cannot be penalised for denying a goal scoring opportunity.

The whole thing was him waving away any foul - advantage is arms up higher , still not great in this instance
I’d have to hear what Coote has to say, Phil. I can’t tell from that image and didn’t see the replay as the wife has control of the remote this evening
