Wasting your time Amanda. City have already been found guilty from the 1000s of Law experts in the country

The primary purpose of the bill is to establish a new independent football regulator (IFR) in English football to “ensure that English football is sustainable and resilient for the benefit of fans and the local communities football clubs serve”

Am sure that’s what FFP is for 🤔😳👍

Governments shouldn’t get involved in the sport

But the prem does need some sort of “independent” regulator

Fair play to Newcastle. Not at their best but winning games. Two cracking goals as well.
Was like the team were running through treacle at times. Not sure what is wrong but everything is so lethargic. It was like they were playing on a pitch where the grass had been left to grow six inches long.

I wonder if they are tactically adopting a less energetic approach in an attempt to perhaps restrict the chances of injury or fatigue.

Still at least Howe made the changes at half time instead of waiting, and two cracking strikes certainly woke the bar staff up here in Turkey, as there were about two dozen Geordies watching the match.

It’s no surprise players look tired with the amount of football they have to play, and with so many foreign players the traveling they have to do just makes it worse.

Ollie Watkins said he’s not 100% fit yet but feels he can’t miss out on games.

Coleman's legs went a while ago. Youngs went at the same time, his head went well before that 🙄. We bought Patterson to be the right back of the future but he is permanently injured. RB should have been a summer priority, it was an error not to fix that issue.

Yesterday's loss was better than Bournemouth. We didn't collapse, we still kept creating, as we did for 86 minutes last week to be fair. We need a win to stabilise things, recover some confidence. Getting Branthwaite back, due soon, will be big for us.

No idea who your number 10 is but hes a player mate! Was really impressed with him all game.

Hearing starts today on their 115 charges.
Must be a couple they can make stick.

Don’t know if anyone else has picked up on the number of charges but I saw a news piece over the weekend that said it’s now 130 charges. It also suggested that the points deduction, measured against previous instances, would be 30 points.

That would give City a target to avoid relegation then start next season with a clean slate.

I don’t think the number makes that much difference really. Once it got to silly numbers it’s just another silly number.

Saw the Bournemouth penalty this morning. Felt for the keeper as he seemed to come out and clearly stop and the Bournemouth player clattered into him deliberately to get the penalty. Thought that should have been overturned so was pleased to see the keeper save it. And as for West Ham getting a late equaliser

Ndiaye. Signed him in the summer from Marseilles. He was at Sheffield Utd the year they came up, was their star man by all accounts. Just about to sign a new contract then moved to Marseille, his 'dream move' apparently  . Only lasted there a year and we picked him up, at potentially a bargain fee. Definitely gives us something different, a bit of flair and attacking prowess. We are a bit functional otherwise. Hopefully he can keep it going, and finally one of our strikers starts to really perform (yes, it's the hope.......)

Why?

I like his teams so far, he's actually watching individuals and not just picking players from the big 6 teams who won.

Bit of tongue-in-cheek annoyance from me as a Forest fan really!

Two Brighton players in there (defender and a midfielder) who played out a 0-0 draw at home with Ipswich. But no space for any Forest midfielders who stifled their Liverpool counterparts at Anfield or defenders who kept Mo Salah and pals in their pocket for the entire game.

And no manager award for Nuno despite his tactical masterclass against Slot, who was being collectively bum-licked by the entire media last week (including Deeney) for his “genius” outfoxing of a poor Man Utd side.

As said, just a tongue-in-cheek whinge! My butt isn’t hurt too bad! 🤣
