You've just confirmed my point.

No more further questions your honour;)

But he was absolutely right not to lay all the blame at the manager’s door.

Because the total absence of any meaningful transfer policy since 2013 wasn’t Solskjaer’s fault. Same goes for the total absence of any sort of structure above the manager. Not Solskjaer’s fault in any way, shape or form. And the club ownership which has caused a multitude of behind the scenes issues for the best part of twenty years? Not Solskjaer’s fault.

Gary Neville is by some distance the least biased pundit out there when it comes to providing comment about the club he used to play for.

Waiting with anticipation for either an insightful response or laughing emoji.

Your coming accross very aggressive.

Neville protected OGS from his position. He was blaming the owners for everything while OGS was serving up the dross he did with a squad capable of challenging for a title. He even threw a couple of players under the bus before his mate.

Neville has been a huge part of the problem at Man Utd. Due to his position in the media, his voice has been a powerful one and he's been a key factor in drumming up support for Ole and he's doing it again by saying ETH deserves another season. Meanwhile he's sacked managers left, right and centre at Salford City! He's the biggest hypocrite out there IMO.

The new people in charge are used to success and won't be swayed by the views of Neville.

The support from the Utd fans was different class tonight, credit where it's due.

No, I’m coming across as a United fan who absolutely agrees with much of what Neville has to say about the club. I’m yet to meet a United supporter who believes him to be biased.

If my disagreeing with your baseless observation is interpreted by you as aggression, then there’s not a whole lot I can do about it.

Erm i think you need to re read my post 57489 again.....

I'll give you a clue, "sorry your right....."

However his protection of OGS and his refusal to criticise him and his tactics was extremely biased. If you want to disagree with me that's fine, but please leave your snidey remarks out of it.

What a night, we are purring at the moment. Just hope we can keep most of this lot for next season, but it's going to be tough.

As for United, they are done under that manager. Never seen a United team play like that before, truly awful. Casimerro was horrific, he was miles off the pace and didn't seem to care.

Not a Jamie Carragher fan particularly, but it’s hard to argue with the following;

Carragher, said: “I think Casemiro should know tonight that he should only have another three games left at the top level. The next two league games and the cup final, then he should be thinking, I need to go to the MLS or Saudi.

"This has to stop because we are watching one of the greats of the modern time. I always remember the saying 'leave the football before the football leaves you'. The football has left him. At this top level, he needs to call it a day at this level and move.

"The level of that player, he should not be putting himself through this. He is too good of a player to be putting in a performance like that being laughed at by Crystal Palace. He needs to call it a day."

He’s a shadow of the footballer he was, and whether he’s just off the pace or some of his poor decision making is frustration it’s time to play in a slower league.

Probably sees centre backs Martinez, Maguire, Lindelof, Varane and Kambwala in the treatment room. Also accompanied by Shaw. May also have had to bring Evans out of it earlier than he wanted.

After that, he probably just had to pick a player from midfield to play centre back, chosen the experienced defensive midfielder that was excellent last year, and hope he finds his feet again.

But, sadly, he had been shocking since his return from injury. Him and Rasford have had the biggest reverse of form I've seen in players from one season to the next.

Could also be a good time to look at the reserves

Man Utd clearly dominated tonight. They had 58% possession :D
It's further confirmation of what a meaningless stat that is. It keeps being bandied about as a badge of honour, but really.............

58% of ineffectiveness v 42% of dynamic football. In all of this, let's not forget how clinical Palace were.

Havnt UTD got any decent young kids in the club instead of playing an aging out of position midfielder?

You have done ok with kids in the past 😂😂

Just give one a go now ready for next season.
