The last two games have prob cost Arsenal the title

City won’t imo drop any points now and that means Arsenal need to win every single game outside the game against City and I’m not sure they can do it

Great result, happy with that.
Top four is ours to lose, Bruno, Eriksen and Antony were superb and uninjured.
De Gea had very little to do ........................... Maguire was solid. :p

We're never seeing the rest of the Morgan Gibbs-White money are we?
He was our best player until about 6 weeks ago. Did knob all today.

Can someone please tell me why on Earth VAR didn’t award the penalty in the first half???

Not a good vibe inside the ground today.

I’ve heard that we are bringing Gerrard in, so all in all, it’s been a terrible day 🤣

Because it wasn't a penalty.

Englands no1 I am shocked by the criticism.
Has Southgate been told ;)

International and Premier League football are two very different games. Maguire is far better suited to the relatively pedestrian pace of international football than he is the frenetic Premier League.

He certainly improved as the game progressed this afternoon but it is not just my opinion that he is not at the level required. The fact that Ten Hag has preferred to play Shaw out of position ahead of Maguire should tell us all everything we need to know.

If City don't drop any points they are Champions, regardless of what Arsenal do.
The reverse also applies! But beating City at their place is a big ask! A draw there, with wins every else - even by both sides would mean Arsenal are champions! Still lots to play for, though I can't see Liverpool earning Champions League and maybe not ANY European Football!

Frank Lampard made a quadruple substitution this week with Fernandez, Fofana, Sterling and Pulisic coming off.
That's £284million worth, probably the most expensive substitution in history .................. and they lost!
Absolutely staggering.

I didn't think it was a pen. The arm wasn't in an unnatural position. He wasn't even looking at the ball when it happened. United didn't gain an advantage or Forest miss out on one.

Basically the same pen that was given against Niakhaté against Newcastle. Facing away from the ball, hit his arm which was pushed into the air when he collided with the defender.

😂😂 Please elaborate why? Completely missed clearing it with his head and it hit him in the arm, which was not in a “natural position”. I fully expect an apology from the league tomorrow.

As RichA correctly stated, "The arm wasn't in an unnatural position. He wasn't even looking at the ball when it happened."

As I said, I’ve seen at least half a dozen of those given this season alone. one of them against Forest vs Newcastle.

Maguire was on a yellow already so would have meant United down to 10 men for the majority of the game which could have made a huge difference, as it was, United dominated our threadbare midfield and the rest is history.

Is it too much to ask for consistent officiating in the “best league in the world”?
