Just don't get the ones with the thick alignment line...a bugger to find in the rough.

Tour Response I think is TaylorMade's direct successor, or nearest to it.

Bridgestone RXS and Srixon Q-Star Tour are going to be similar though as well. RXS is the ball I've recently gone back to using.

As @Imurg has said, the Tour Response was the replacement for the Project(a). I used the Project(a) for a season and liked them as well, loved the price of them more though as I got 3 dozen for £60 at the time. The next season I switched to the Bridgestone Tour B-RX which I really liked as well, maybe give them a try if the Tour Response isn't working out.

Penfold Ace is always a nice look.

I play the Pro V1x, but switch to the Penfold on par threes.
It's supposed to be for luck but hasn't produced any yet.
