Yes. Self explanatory gadget. Also good at destroying 100 y.o. pieces of furniture.

Got one, had it for years, i use it indoors when i can't get out to swing a proper club.

Handy to keep the grip right and keep the golf muscles loose.

thats what I was thinking, atleast I could swing it indoors, ideal when there is over a foot of snow outside, with no sign of shifting.

Although they do help with the "golf aspecific muscles and can improve your rhythm a bit, I'm not a big fan.
I prefer it when you can actually hit balls with the aid.
Hence, not a big fan of the Explanar either.

If your hands are L-XL, then yes.
Unfortunately, one size doesn't fit all
