SuperStroke putter grips

Interesting theory. Fact they used a silly thin round grip though...I also wonder if the missed putts were due to aim, rather than grip. Especially if the testers are hitting it straighter

Indeed, you would assume they used the same putter, but this does not mean they were not aiming out then the round grip caused the miss as they then hit it straight.

And looks like they used a standard iron grip which is daft.

Wish i could try one as a trial bud don't fancy my chances of my round grip coming off in one piece

Already spoken to my pro...he reckons no problem getting it off in one piece. Gonna get a tour snsr on it and see how it feels

Dabbled with the Superstroke on more than one occasion, having both the 1.0 and 2.0 fitted to my old centre-shaft; also tried the Winn 1.18X, but found them all too bulky in my little girl hands.

Just using the standard pistol grip on my current Nike Method and it feels 10 times better.

Exactly this! The stock grip on the Nike Method Matter putter is a winner. Am I the only one who really dislikes SS grips? Have tried the 1.0, 2.0 and Flatso, not for me.

Like everything though it boils down to personal taste. I find a standard pistol grip too slim and don't like how it sits in my hands so will opt for a bigger grip. At the end of the day though as long as the ball is going into the little hole, keep with what works

Hate them. Tried one on my Odyssey #1 and lost all feeling with the putter head. Back to the stock Odyssey grip. Not surprising actually. The stock grip was part of the putter I really liked when I bought it. Changing it was just stupid. (Not the only thing I've tried that turned out to be stupid in hindsight, but I like tinkering with the clubs.)

My brother uses a Fatso 5.0 and he loves it. I personally like the mid slim 2.0 which I've been using for about 3 seasons now and find its perfect for me.

I use the slim one and have done for a few years had 3 maybe now and really like them a lot, I like the way both hands sit on the grip, maybe a personal thing but worth a go for sure.

You have seen the light!

Crazy colour scheme that takes getting used to but worth it.

Changed my mind...there isn't any need to change, and if I did, I would have more question marks in my head. Stick with what I have been fitted for

Think there're fantastic and is the best £15 I've spent,
I've got the mid slim 2 and love the way it sits in my hands, no need to think of grip it just happens. Superb feel on all putts regardless of length

Have bit the bullet.

Gone for a SS 2.0, was the closest to the same size as the old one which came off fine so worst case put it back on.

Really mixed minds as putted well yesterday, but worth a try, even if only to scratch the itch.

the new grip does feel nice on the putter

Have got a SS 3.0 on my Scotty for 2.5 years but considering changing to one of these having had a few putts with a mates https://www.golfpride.com/grips/tour-snsr-contour/

Played first 18 with it today and feels so much better than the old SS. Lovely soft material that seems to mould to your grip and strangely seems to have straightened up my normal arc stroke. Canned a monster on the 5th for 4 points :D
